This program prepares mariners to earn their Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV, "six-pack") or Master 100 Ton license. It combines a U.S. Coast Guard–approved online course with optional instructor support. You can move through every required module at your own pace, or follow a structured session with an instructor guiding you in real time.
What you will learn
Included: full access to the online training portal, lessons, quizzes and materials. The instructor-supported option adds real-time instructor guidance throughout the session.
Certification: course completion documentation to apply for OUPV or Master 100 Ton (tonnage based on qualifying sea service).
Before you apply for the license: the USCG also requires documented sea service, a medical certificate, a drug test and a TWIC card. Review your eligibility with us when you enroll.
